Il termine 'usabilità', comune ai due testi, indica l'oggetto essenziale della comunicazione tramite Internet e del suo immediato sviluppo futuro, secondo gli autori: la facilità di comprensione e d'uso e, soprattutto, l'utilità di un sito per gli utenti che navigano la rete.

The term 'usability', present in both the texts, indicates the essential object of communication via the Internet and of its immediate future development, according to the authors: the easiness to understand and to use and, above all, the utility of a web site for users who surf on the Net.
