Abstract

[Italian abstract] Le esperienze maturate nel campo della educazione all’utenza nella biblioteca di Architettura dell’Università di Firenze portano ad una riflessione sull’evoluzione in corso dei concetti e soprattutto delle applicazioni pratiche dei servizi di reference, di ILS (Information Literacy Services) e di LAF (Library Automation Framework).
[English abstract] Starting from 1995, many courses have been held in the Architecture Library at the University of Florence for all users: theory and practice are evolving expanding from reference activities to ILS (Information Literacy Services) and LAF (Library Automation Framework).
