Una nuova traduzione italiana commentata - a cura di Maria Chiara Pievatolo - di I. Kant, Metaphysik der Sitten, Rechtslehre, § 31, II. Il suo scopo è quello di dimostrare che Kant con "diritto personale" non intendeva un diritto fondamentale della persona, ma semplicemente un diritto riguardante le relazioni tra persone. E' sufficiente vedere la definizione di Kant di "diritto personale" a MdS §18 per capirlo.
Per questa ragione, è sbagliato asserire che Kant concepiva la proprietà intellettuale come un diritto umano fondamentale. Da questo punto di vista, il diritto a pubblicare un libro dipendeva solo da un contratto personale tra l'autore e l'editore.

A new annotated Italian traslation, by Maria Chiara Pievatolo, of I. Kant, Metaphysik der Sitten, Rechtslehre, § 31, II. Its goal is showing that Kant by "persönliches Recht" did not mean a fundamental right of the person, but simply a right concerning relations among persons. It is sufficient to see Kant's definition of "persönliches Recht" in MdS §18 to realize it.
For this reason, it is a mistake to assert that Kant endorsed intellectual property as a basic human right. From his point of view, the right to publish a book depended only on a personal contract between the author and the publisher.
