探讨网络资源的编目特点、网络资源编目的可行性，介绍了几种常见的元数据格式的编目应用。最后寄望我过图书馆界关注网络信息资源编目待解决的课题。

The paper analyses the difficulties in cataloging network information resources, and introduces the several existing ways, such as MARC, Dubline Core and REACH. Finally, some suggestions is proposed for cataloging network resources.
