Abstract

[English abstract]According to the characteristics of recent publications, the paper discusses the cataloguing for western language materials from several facets, that is, the description of multimedia documents based on USMARC, some changes under the impact of USMARC format integration, virtual resource cataloguing, and provide measures ensuring the quality of bibliographical data sharing and online cataloguing.
[Chinese abstract]文章针对近年来出版文献的特点，探讨多媒体文献的著录方法、USMARC格式一体化前后格式的变化及其编目应用、虚拟资源编目的解决方案，进而提出保证编目数据共享和联机编目质量的一系列措施。
