Discusses the features of manuscripts and analyzes the different character between the bibliographical description for manuscripts and monograph, expounds the main fields of manuscripts cataloging in MARC21 based on ISBD and AACR2.

以ISBD、AACR相关规则为依据，结合对手稿资料范围、类型及特点分析，探讨手稿资料的著录规则、与普通图书著录的差异，并对采用MARC21进行手稿资料编目方法及注意事项进行细致的分析与探讨。
