Abstract

Author tested and analyzed various free software audio applications that may be used for NGOs, independent media and aid organizations in supporting development of free speech. Author wrote an overview from the aspect of functionality and usability for average user with aim that users themselves, aid organizations, governments will consider use of free software in teh development of their countries and communities.
