Abstract

L'intervento è dedicato a mostrare i benefici che derivano dall'uso di archivi e riviste aperti per il lavoro quotidiano dei ricercatori. Si darà una dimostrazione pratica dell'impiego di tali strumenti (in particolare l'archivio disciplinare E-LIS) mostrandone l'utilità per l'intero processo di ricerca, considerando sia il punto di vista dello scienziato come lettore, sia la prospettiva dello scienziato come autore.

Aim of this presentation is to show the benefits deriving from the use of open archives and open access journals for researchers' everyday work. A pratical illustration will be given about using those tools (in particular the disciplinary archive E-LIS) showing their usefulness for the entire research process, considering both the point of view of the scholar as a reader and the perspective of the scholar as an author.
