Dieser Sammelband wendet sich an Informationswissenschaftler, Bibliothekare, Sozialwissenschaftler sowie Informatiker mit Interesse am Themenbereich Mensch-Computer-Interaktion. Er präsentiert einen Einblick in die aktuelle Forschung zum kognitiv orientierten Information Retrieval, das von der Analyse der Informationsprobleme der Benutzer und deren kognitivem Verhalten bei der Benutzung von Informationssystemen ausgeht.
