Abstract(s)
Document management is becoming an ever more central issue for organisations. However here is still confusion about what «document management» is and how important it is for organisations to manage the increasing number of documents in order to provide timely information. The article emphasises the most important aspects to consider before implementing a technological document management tool.
Gestión documental se ha convertido en un concepto de uso cada vez más frecuente en las organizaciones, pero hay un cierto desconcierto en la marea de siglas de soluciones de gestión documental y, sobre todo, aún hay un gran desconocimiento de la importancia que tiene para las organizaciones manejar correctamente la documentación. El artículo destaca los principales aspectos que hay que tener en cuenta antes de implementar una herramienta tecnológica.
