Abstract

This bibliography on “Education and Training in the Cayman Islands” has been specifically prepared for the UWI School of Continuing Studies’ Cayman Islands Conference. An attempt has been made to be as comprehensive as possible, but the compiler recognizes that because of the weak bibliographical coverage of the literature of the region, important items may have been omitted. This is especially true for policy documents emanating from official sources, since many of these do not reach library and documentation centres. This publication contributes to the development of content for a computerized database being developed by the Caribbean Educational Research Information Service (CERIS) at the School of Education, UWI, St. Augustine. A few websites available on the Internet have been included in the bibliography.
