Η παρούσα εργασία αποτελεί το δεύτερο μέρος της μελέτης για την ανάπτυξη αυτόματου συστήματος εμπλουτισμού της βιβλιοθήκης του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας. Σε αυτό το δεύτερο μέρος, προσδιορίζονται οι βασικές συναρτήσεις καθορισμού της προτεραιότητας των παραγγελιών. Επιπλέον αναθεωρούνται ή τροποιούνται ορισμένα από τα αποτελέσματα του Μέρους Ι της μελέτης [1], με βάση τις απαντήσεις των ερωτηματολογίων που έχουν ήδη διανεμηθεί στους χρήστες της βιβλιοθήκης του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας. Οι συντελεστές βαρύτητας και οι αρχικοί παράμετροι συγκεκριμενοποιούνται. Αναπτύσσεται η χονδρική δομή του αυτόματου συστήματος.
[English abstract]
In this paper, the introduction of the rules governing the automaton system of the University of Thessaly is completed. The priority functions determining the supplies are determined in detail. Furthermore, some of the results of Part I [1] are reviewed and modified. Based upon the statistic evaluation of the results of a questionnaire distributed to the users of the users of the Library, new priority functions and parameters have been introduced. The priority factors and the initial values are now specified. Block diagrams of the automaton illustrate the structure of the system.
