Abstract

[Spanish abstract] La mejora de las infraestructuras de telecomunicación junto con los desarrollos del software permiten que la interacción entre usuarios sea más rápida y especialmente efectiva. En el sector de healthcare este proceso de cambio se refleja en la vidad diaria, donde se comprueba que el uso correcto y racional de las nuevas tecnologías puede mejorar la relación entre médico y paciente, entre hospital y usuarios de la sanidad y entre los propios afectados por una enfermedad.

[English abstract] Improvements in telecommunication infrastructures along with software developments allow faster and more effective interaction between users. This is so in the health care sector, where the correct and rational use of new technologies can improve the relation between doctor and patient, hospital and users, and between patients and others affected by similar health problems.
