This paper analyses the importance of an effective planning, the characteristics and behavior of the leader and the relationship with his work team. The method of resolution of problems is described, a tool to produce changes in the library.

Este trabajo analiza la importancia del planeamiento efectivo, las características del líder y su relación con el equipo de trabajo. Se describe el método de resolución de problemas, herramienta para producir cambios en la biblioteca.
