Le biblioteche universitarie stanno affrontando un periodo di grande innovazione. Alcuni approcci provenienti dalle teorie del management possono orientare le biblioteche
nel loro sforzo di gestione del cambiamento. Lo "Scenario Planning" e la "Teoria del Caos" vengono discussi al fine di proporre una possibile nuova modalità organizzativa in
grado di far fronte a questa sfida.

University libraries: how to imagine their change (and how to manage it!) University libraries are facing with deep innovations. Some approaches coming from management theories can orient libraries in their effort towards a management
of the change. Scenario Planning and Theory of Chaos are being discussed, with the aim of outlining a new possible organizational structure, able to face this challenge.
