[Italian abstract] Il testo analizza il ruolo della gestione del sistema documentario nelle strategie di innovazione della pubblica amministrazione. In questo contesto l'innovazione tecnologica, la progettazione, gli standard e le procedure diventano essenziali per tendere all'integrazione fra sistemi documentali e sistemi informativi.
[English abstract] The text analyses the role of record management strategies in the e-government process. In this context information technology, policy, standard and procedures are essential to reach the integration between record management and content management.
