Examines in detail the dependability of use studies. The study monitors a 20% sample books, reports and standards of ISRO Satellite Centre (ISAC) Library to note down nearly 3,300 lent out use by about 700 users. Average use per document, average use per user, relative use of books in different subject groups, and frequency distribution of use over number of users are identified and presented. In order to counter check the data the circulation sample for about three months have been subsequently examined and results are presented. Highlights the intensive use of ISAC Library made by users. mkes recommendations based on the feedback for the future planning of the system.
