Abstract
[Italian abstract] Quest'intervento alla X edizione di "Teca del Mediterraneo", evento organizzato ogni anno dalla Biblioteca multimediale e Centro di documentazione del Consiglio Regionale della Puglia, vuole presentare la certificazione delle competenze professionali degli specialisti dell'informazione e della documentazione iniziata, in questi mesi, da CERTIDoc Italia. Nell'intervento sono, quindi, descritti: le finalità della certificazione degli specialisti I&D; le origini e gli sviluppi della certificazione stessa; le modalità di costituzione di CERTIDoc Italia, i primi risultati raggiunti e gli sviluppi ulteriori.
[English abstract] This paper, presented at the 10th edition of "Teca del Mediterraneo", an event organized every year by the Multimedia Library & Documentation Center of the Regional Council of Puglia, wants to introduce the certification of the professional competences of information and advanced documentation specialists carried on, during these months, from CERTIDoc Italia. In the paper: the purposes of the certification of the I&D specialists; the beginning and the developments of the certification itself; the creation of CERTIDoc Italia, the first results gained and every further
development, are described.
