Abstract
[Italian abstract] Il cosiddetto Web 2.0 ha avviato la Rete verso una sempre maggiore attenzione alla collaborazione tra pari, all'interazione tra le grandi media company e i loro clienti, alla condivisione delle conoscenze e alla loro appropriazione creativa da parte di utenti sempre più protagonisti della scena online. Il mashup si pone come un esempio concreto delle possibilità offerte anche alle biblioteche dalle nuove tecnologie per favorire la valorizzazione delle informazioni e una loro più efficace integrazione.
[English abstract] The so called Web 2.0 has led the Net towards a greater and greater attention for peer collaboration, interaction between big media companies and their clients, sharing and creation of knowledge by prosumers of the online scene. The mashup, as a remix of information and services, stands as a valid example of the possibilities
offered by new technologies to the libraries to enhance their information management capabilities.
