In diesem Buch wird der theoretische Ansatz "Sozialkapital" als Rahmen für die Analyse der Informationsprozesse im Unternehmen, anhand von zwei Fallstudien aus Finnland, herangezogen.

The authors presents an analysis of information and knowledge sharing in institutions, using "social capital" as the theoretical framework, and two case studies from Finland.
