Abstract

[Spanish abstrac]
El objetivo es mostrar ls situación actual de las bibliotecas y de los bibliotecarios del Sisteman Nacional de Salud en el ordenamiento jurídico. Para ello se han sitematizado las diferentes normas que regulan, o simplemente mencionan, ambas figuras. La metodología utilizada consistió en realizar diversas búsquedas en bases de datos jurídicas, diarios y boletines oficiales, clasificando las normas en función de su contenido así como de acuerdo con los principios de jerarquía y competencia. El resultado del estudio nos muestra la deficiente regulación tanto de las bibliotecas como de los bibliotecarios del Sistema Nacional de Salud y se concluye en la necesidad de una regulación coordinada desde el Consejo Interritorial del Sistema Nacional de Salud.


[English abstract]
The objective is to show to the situation of the libraries and the librarians del National System of Health in the legal ordering. For it it is tried to systematize the different norms that they have regulated, they regulate or that simply contemplate both figures. The used methodology is the tracking by diverse data bases of legal character thus like del you different government reporters as much del been as autonomic; to that other norms in elaboration state are added, for the obtaining of results as much ordered and classified thematically com according to the hierarchy principles and competition. The purpose del study is to show to the reality of the libraries del National System of Health in historical the positive right as much as in vigor, indicating the deficiencies and the necessity of regulating norms via Interterritorial Advice del National System of Health
