Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es caracterizar los recursos de información en la facultad de Informática, en la Universidad de Camagüey por medio de una auditoría informacional para evaluar la información en la facultad (en soporte papel, electrónico y la que no se ha plasmado), para hacer accesible la información para aquellos que necesitan convertirla en conocimientos, las personas implicadas en el uso de la información, las formas en que se utiliza la información con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos y las herramientas que hay que utilizar para interactuar con la información. La auditoría se realizó mediante el modelo J. Bryson para analizar la manera en que se organiza, utiliza, valora y procesa la información en la facultad.
[English abstract]
The objective of this work is to characterize the resources of information in Computer Science's faculty, in the Camagüey College by means of an informational auditory to evaluate the information in the faculty (in digital support paper, electronic and the one that has not been stated ), to make accessible the information for those who need to transform it into knowledge, people implied in the use of the information, the forms in which the information is used with the purpose of reaching the objectives and the tools that are necessary for interacting with the information. The auditory was carried out by means of J. Bryson’s pattern to analyze the way in which is organized, used, valued and the information is processed in the faculty.
