Abstract

Se presenta el proyecto de archivo abierto institucional que se está desarrollando en la Universidad de León y que pretende convertirse en un instrumento de apoyo a la investigación. Se trata de un recurso que permitirá la recuperación, reutilización y preservación de los resultados de la investigación, además de favorecer la difusión y la visibilidad de la producción científica de la propia institución, garantizando de forma efectiva el avance de la ciencia. Se muestran todos los resultados obtenidos hasta el momento y los que se prevén alcanzar en un futuro próximo, una vez finalizado el proyecto.

A presentation of the institutional digital archive project which is being developed at the Leon University with the aim of becoming a useful research tool. This resource will allow the retrieval, reuse and preservation of research findings. In addition, it will favour both the circulation and visibility of the scientific work carried out within this institution, thus effectively guaranteeing advances in science. Finally, the paper presents the results of the project to date, as well as the achievements that the project is expected to yield in the near future, once it has been completed
