Abstract

This report seeks to harmonise the concepts of Web 2.0, and the tools used in this informational phenomenon that is changing completely the management of the Internet, in turn, provides the use of these sites as tools of information literacy for informational alphabetization, All items to be conducted by professionals and information units.

El presente informe busca aproximar los conceptos de la Web 2.0, y las herramientas utilizadas en este fenómeno informacional que está cambiando completamente el manejo de Internet, a su vez, se establece el uso de estos sitios como herramientas de alfabetización informacional, que deben ser realizadas por parte de los profesionales y las unidades de información.
