Abstract
[English abstract] The article describes two weblogs of university libraries addressed to the consumers. The analyzed weblogs were born with the purpose to offer informative services on additional line in comparison to the site official web of the library. In this way information are furnished in real time and it are established a more direct contact with the end user.
[Italian abstract] L'articolo descrive due weblog di biblioteche universitarie indirizzati agli utenti. I weblog analizzati sono nati con lo scopo di offrire servizi informativi on line aggiuntivi rispetto al sito web ufficiale della biblioteca. In questo modo si forniscono informazioni in tempo reale e si instaura un contatto più diretto con l'utente finale.
