Abstract

[Spanish abstract] Esta ponencia propone un esbozo de aplicación de la herramienta “desarrollo de funciones de calidad” al análisis de servicios de información en bibliotecas y centros de información. Se analizan los elementos básicos de dicha técnica, y se expone un caso hipotético de aplicación a un OPAC.
[English abstract] This conference paper discusses "The House of Quality", a quality function deployment tool that comes from the manufacturing sector. The author explains the main elements of the tool and provides readers with an example in a hypothetical analysis of a library OPAC.
