Con el desarrollo de las tecnologías y la mayor comprensión de las conductas de la información, las organizaciones públicas y privadas requieren de diversos análisis que les permita desarrollar con eficiencia una dirección estratégica. Se analizan los fundamentos del conocimiento archivístico, fundamento de la dirección estratégica, su innovación y una dirección basada en el conocimiento; las características fundamentales del conocimiento; el conocimiento como recurso estratégico y su incidencia en la gestión de las organizaciones; la gestión del conocimiento y su importancia en las organizaciones, así como la gestión del conocimiento y del capital intelectual, herramientas imprescindibles para la gestión de innovación en la sociedad del conocimiento. El planteo alternativo a las normas ISAD (G) e ISAAR (CPF)

With the development of the technologies and the biggest understanding in the behaviors of the information, the organizations publish and private they require of diverse analysis that allows them to develop with efficiency a strategic address. The foundations of the knowledge records archival are analyzed, foundation of the strategic address, their innovation and an address based on the knowledge; the fundamental characteristics of the knowledge; the knowledge like strategic resource and their incidence in the administration of the organizations; the administration of the knowledge and their importance in the organizations, as well as the administration of the knowledge and of the intellectual capital, indispensable tools for the innovation administration in the society of the knowledge. He outlines alternative to the norms ISAD (G) and ISAAR (CPF)
