%X In this paper an "institutional web site" concept-based methodology is purposed. The "Institutional web site" concept can be used in web mining in order to achieve results for cybermetric studies. The stages of this methodology are as follows: identification, selection and institutional web sites collection; description of coding web sites; automated quantification, data collecting and database storing; and database maintenance and updating.
