%X The area of the foreign serials published in Italy is a still enough field unexplored aside of librarians and Italian information specialists. The birth of multicultural libraries or of  multicultural sections should increase the interest for the informative tools orientated to the foreign readers rather that to those Italians.  
These publications are important because they are published in Italy and done not matter from a foreign Country. They come realized in the tongue of the ethnic group of reference and often they restore also pages written in Italian. Besides they represent one tool privileged of integration and of spread of information and of knowledge.
