%X In 1997 the Electronic Journals Library (EZB) was founded as a fast, structured and unified user interface to scholary online journals. At present the EZB is being further developed within the scope of a project sponsered by the DFG (German Research Society). The current interview informs about the status quo, the development and prospects of the EZB. Mentioned are aspects such as the cooperation between participating libraries, criteria for the selection and classification of included titles, user statistics and technical interfaces to other library systems.
