        abstract = {During 2000, a research was made with all documentary units of Brazilian Labour Justice, to verify the possiblityof making a staff ideal number standard. The documentary units was stractified by the size of jurisdiction regions: big regions with more then 100 judges, medium size with more then 50 judges, and little ones with less then 50 judges. It was stablished a minimum of persons e a minimum of services, as a ideal relation between librarian/judge, auxiliar people/judge, and librarian/auxiliar.}
