Educational institutions have the primary responsibility for providing the students with these skills. In this regard universities have to develop information literacy programs to equip students with the information and skills required. This study examines the challenges that the students faced in terms of information literacy related issues. A questionnaire was applied to 262 post graduate students of Hacettepe University in order to collect the data for this study.
