The necessity considers to evaluate, the phases process of Evaluation EFQM. And they describe to the Models of Management of Total Quality - Excellence: • Deming Model (1951, Japan). • Model Malcolm Baldrige (1987, U.S.A.). • Model EFQM (1988, Europe). • Latin American Model of Excellence (1998, Ibero-America). Conclusions: Little differences between the different models exist, like a convergence between norms ISO 9000 and models TQM, all grant a great importance to the leadership, are centered in the satisfaction of the client, organize the work like process, they measure the results, and they foment the culture of continuous improvement.
