| Abstract: | Open Access can be the way to develop Italian e-government. In the information society, the transparency of administrations is available in open ways. The relevance of the informative resources produced and managed by public administrations in their institutional work is a strategic starting point toward e-government forms that can improve public documentation as "shared" knowledge. |
| Other Abstracts: | L'Open Access può essere una via che rende attuabile lo sviluppo dell’e-government italiano. La trasparenza delle amministrazioni nella società dell'informazione passa attraverso forme di e-government aperte a tutti i cittadini. La rilevanza del patrimonio informativo prodotto e gestito dalla pubblica amministrazione nell'esercizio delle proprie attività istituzionali, è un nucleo strategico verso forme di e-government che valorizzino la documentazione di fonte pubblica come patrimonio di conoscenza "condivisa". |
