| Abstract: | The Concept of Open Access, which is based on accessing scientific information without authentication or payment has been increasingly discussed in both theoretical and practical areas in Turkey recently. Many leading universities, institutions and associations have been forming open access archives and simultaneously taking up initiatives to improve open access awareness in the community by creating structures and arranging activities. This presentation gives an overview on open access activities and initiatives undertaken in Turkey. |
| Other Abstracts: | Koncepcja Open Access polegająca na umożliwieniu korzystania z wolnego dostępu do informacji naukowych bez potrzeby uwierzytelnienia i za darmo jest obecnie coraz częściej dyskutowana na płaszczyźnie teoretycznej i praktycznej w Turcji. Wiele wiodących uniwersytetów, instytucji czy stowarzyszeń już posiada bądź wprowadza ogólnodostępne archiwa starając się jednocześnie zwiększyć świadomość środowisk oraz uwrażliwić je na zagadnienie OA podejmując działania w tym kierunku (tworzenie struktur). Ta prezentacja daje przegląd tych działań i inicjatyw podejmowanych w Turcji.
Bilimsel bilgiye hiçbir engelle karşılaşmadan erişmeye dayanan açık erişim kavram, Türkiyede gerek teorik anlamda ve gerekse uygulamada yoğun bir şekilde tartışılmaktadır. Birçok önde gelen üniversiteler, kurumlar, kuruşlar açık arşivlerini oluştururken aynı zamanda, toplumda açık erişim konusunda farkındalık yaratmak için çeşitli aktiviteler düzenlemekte ve girişimlerde bulunmaktadırlar. Bu sunumda, Türkiyede Açık Arşiv konusunda yürütülen aktiviteler ve girişimler üzerinde durulmaktadır. |
