Abstract:	The present work is focused on describing the problem of theoretical construction of the concept of the Library. To do this, the author takes up the idea of epistemological obstacle proposed by Bachelard, to illustrate the way in how the empirical librarian work has not allowed to think the Libary from a theoretical point of view and scientific.
Other Abstracts:	El presente trabajo se centra en describir en el problema de construcción teórica del concepto de Biblioteca. Para ello, el autor retoma la idea de obstáculo epististemológico propuesto por Bachelard con el fin de ilustrar la manera en cómo lo empírico del trabajo bibliotecario no ha permitido reflexionar la Biblioteca desde un punto de vista teórico y científico.
