| Abstract: | Knowledge Management in Organizations can be reviewed from a fields perspective, following the same criteria as per the individual subjects, this is: the relationship of both (individual Subject / Organization) with the 'Real World' and the 'Symbolic World' (documentation in general) that represents the former. In the Subject these fields are: To Experience, to Think, to Teach (meaning to 'show'), to Learn and tl Apply. Following a similar criteria, in the Organization these fields would be: Research, Innovation, Development -(R+I+D), Competitive Intelligence and Production. |
| Other Abstracts: | La práctica de la Gestión del Conocimiento en las Organizaciones puede abordarse desde una perspectiva de ámbitos, siguiendo la misma lógica que los ámbitos del conocimiento para el individuo: es decir, la relación de ambos (Individuo / Organización) con el Mundo Real y con el Mundo Simbólico que representa a éste: datos, información, o documentación, de manera genérica. En el Individuo estos ámbitos, en sentido amplio, serían: Experimentar, Aprender, Pensar, Enseñar y Aplicar. Y siguiendo una lógica similar para la Organización, estos ámbitos podrían ser: la Investigación, la Innovación, el Desarrollo, la Inteligencia Competitiva (Vigilancia) y la Producción. |
