Abstract: Librarians encounter OA in their own publishing activities, and by engaging in the broader OA movement via disciplinary initiatives such as EPrints and the University of Calgary Open Access Authors Fund. Can we translate our experiences and initiatives to assist with OA program planning and improve service?
