PKM is viewed as based on a set of problem solving skills: retrieving information, evaluating information, organizing information and others. These abilities are crucial in order to transform information into knowledge. |

PKM jest przedstawiane jako zespół umiejętności potrzebnych do rozwiązywania problemów, np. umiejętności wyszukiwania informacji, oceniania ich, organizowania itd. Umiejętności te są niezbędne do przekształcania informacji w wiedzę. |
