| Abstract: | This article is the report presented by the author on April 1, 2009 in the Stage Internacional of Archives (Paris). It analyzes the current situation of the access to the business archives in Spain, especially from the legislation. The business archivist is in the middle of diverse interests: those of the Public Administration, those of the company and those of the researchers. |
