| Abstract: | The present paper defines the main principles for the organization of archives dwelling upon the relevance to keep active files appropriately organized in documentaries groups. Once the different concepts of classification and arrangement of files in the field of archive management have been made, the paper deals with classification charts, consisting of tools which allow us to systematically plan a great part of the processes implied in the works with files. On the other side, physical arrangement and signalling of the different elements of making up a batch of documents will be a complement to the classification in the organization of archives. |
| Other Abstracts: | El presente trabajo define los principios generales de organización de los fondos archivísticos, insistiendo en la importancia de mantener correctamente organizados los archivos de gestión según agrupaciones documentales. Tras distinguir los conceptos de clasificación y ordenación de documentos en el ámbito de la archivística y apuntar los posibles sistemas de clasificación, el trabajo se ocupa de los cuadros de clasificación, instrumentos que permiten planificar de forma sistemática gran parte de las operaciones de tratamiento de un archivo. Por otra parte, la ordenación física y señalización de los distintos elementos que forman un fondo complementan la clasificación en la organización de archivos. |
