| Abstract: | The present paper tackles the question of the unavoidable archival description and defines the main descriptive tools traditionally offering information to the user, attending to different detail levels as far as documentation of the file is concerned. On the other hand, our paper also focuses on the history, concept and structure of the standard ISAD(G), and refers as well to other standards such as ISAAR(CPF) and EAD. |
| Other Abstracts: | El presente trabajo aborda la cuestión de la necesaria descripción archivística y define los principales instrumentos descriptivos que tradicionalmente ofrecen al usuario información, atendiendo a distintos niveles de detalle, sobre la documentación del archivo. Por otra parte, el trabajo también se ocupa de la historia, concepto y estructura de la norma ISAD(G), y hace mención a otras normas como ISAAR(CPF) y EAD. |
