| Abstract: | The article tells about the library services of the Royal Institute of Blinds. The author emphasizes the details of apparent success of the institution, and forwards reflections
and proposals about the Turkish case, in order that similar success can be attained by the services for the blind. |

toplum kuruluşunun bu hizmetlerdeki başarısı, (gerek basılı ve gerekse sesli yayınlarda), yazarın İngiltere’ye yaptığı inceleme gezisi çerçevesinde anlatılmış ve Türkiye’de de bu
çalışmaların yapılabilmesi için bu doğrultuda öneriler getirilmiştir. |
