| Abstract: | Assumptions on the development prospects of library 2.0 are stated. According to these assumptions, the professionals working at the library are key components of a library 2.0. Following up to this thesis, principles and key problems of enhancing "librarians' 2.0" skills are discussed. The chapter concludes with an outline of some important and typical building blocks of a library 2.0. These are a) new ways to engage with users, b) bringing library services and data into the users' information space, c) enhancing the focus of

| Other Abstracts: | Es werden Thesen zu den zentralen
Entwicklungsperspektiven der Bibliothek 2.0 aufgestellt. Die Menschen, die in der Bibliothek arbeiten, sind demnach die Schlüsselkomponente der Bibliothek 2.0.
Daran anknüpfend werden Leitlinien und charakteristische Probleme der Entwicklung zum "Bibliothekar 2.0" diskutiert.
Abschließend werden einige zentrale, typische Bausteine der Bibliothek 2.0 skizziert. Der Fokus richtet sich dabei auf neue Wege, a) den Benutzer sowohl anzusprechen als auch mit ihm zu sprechen, b) die Bibliothek, aber auch ihre Bestände in die Informationsumgebung des Benutzers zu bringen, c) den Fokus der eigenen Sammlungs- und Erschließungsaktivitäten um frei verfügbare Informationsressourcen im Web zu erweitern.
