| Abstract: | Aim of the CREMISI project is to qualify the state libraries’ staff. E.learning is the chosen way. The updating of structures is not enough to create a better and more efficient service, so the main investment is on working staff who, with the new technologies, feel the need to rethink about his role. |
| Other Abstracts: | Obiettivo principale del progetto CREMISI è la riqualificazione del personale delle biblioteche statali. La Formazione a Distanza è il metodo scelto. L’ammodernamento delle strutture da solo non basta a creare in biblioteca un servizio migliore e più efficiente, l’investimento maggiore è dunque sul personale che vi opera, il quale, in seguito all’avvento delle nuove tecnologie, avverte la necessità di ripensare al proprio ruolo. |
