Abstract: CIBER is a library consortium established in 1999 to share electronic content licensing in the centre and in the south of Italy. After a brief description of CIBER member institutions, of their user population, and of the EV main features, the paper reports on the journal usage statistics of CIBER members during 2002 and the first six months of 2003.
