| Abstract: | Organizational intelligence is dealt with as the expression of human intelligence. Its fundamental concepts and components are expounded. The information and knowledge management are approached as tools for the introduction of the so-called organizational intelligence in institutions and the importance of new technologies and of the information professional in this model is analyzed. |
| Other Abstracts: | Se aborda la inteligencia organizacional como expresión de la inteligencia humana. Se exponen sus conceptos y componentes fundamentales. Se realiza una aproximación a la gestión de la información y el conocimiento como herramientas para la introducción de los enfoques de la denominada inteligencia organizacional en las instituciones y se analiza la importancia de las nuevas tecnologías y del profesional de la información en este modelo. |
