| Abstract: | The Digital Library of the Instituto Latinoamericano de la Comunicación Educativa is a project that supports the development of activities related to the use of computer science in the in the basic level of national public education. In this communication the structure of this digital library is described, and the importance of utilizing a specialized team to carry out these types of projects is emphasized. Also one becomes acquainted with the digital book production model that constitutes the majority of the library, the process to store them and to recover them, as well as the services that are offered. |
| Other Abstracts: | La Biblioteca Digital del Instituto Latinoamericano de la Comunicación Educativa es un proyecto que apoya el desarrollo de actividades relacionadas con el uso de la informática en la educación pública nacional de nivel básico. En esta comunicación se describe la estructura de esta biblioteca digital, y se resalta la importancia de reunir un equipo especializado para llevar a cabo este tipo de proyectos. También se da a conocer el modelo de producción de libros digitales que constituyen el acervo de la biblioteca, su forma de almacenarlos y recuperarlos, así como los servicios que se ofrecen. |
