| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the relation between the professional of libraries and users in centers of documentation and libraries characterized by the specialization in a certain type of information. Some of the analyzed aspects are: the differences between the treatment to the user in public and specializing libraries, the actions of marketing in order to catch the potential users, the binomial quantity of clients - qualities of service, the cultural activities and the individualized information, the library therapy or the total dependence of this type of libraries of the staff that manages the library. |
| Other Abstracts: | La ponencia analiza la relación entre el profesional de bibliotecas y sus usuarios en centros de documentación y bibliotecas caracterizadas por su especialización en un determinado tipo de información. Algunos de los aspectos analizados son: las diferencias entre el tratamiento al usuario en bibliotecas públicas y especializadas, las acciones para captar a los potenciales usuarios, el binomio cantidad de clientes-calidad de servicio, la dinamización cultural y la información “a la carta”, la biblioterapia o la total dependencia de este tipo de bibliotecas del personal que gestiona la biblioteca. |
