| Abstract: | Recent technical advances have allowed for the emergence of different means for making information available through open access. Although these initiatives usually are non-profit, they still must respect intellectual property issues inherent to literary, technical or scientific works. This article offers some recommendations which, while respectful of authors’ rights, can permit information to be made available in open access for the entire user community. Conscious of the many scenarios possible, we have focused on the creation of an institutional repository containing documents generated within the organisation. |
| Other Abstracts: | Las facilidades técnicas actuales han permitido el surgimiento de diferentes modalidades de puesta a disposición de la información en acceso abierto. A pesar de que estas iniciativas suelen ser sin ánimo de lucro no deben descuidarse los aspectos de propiedad intelectual inherentes a la creación de obras literarias, técnicas o científicas. En este trabajo se intenta dar una serie de recomendaciones que, desde el respeto al derecho de autor, permiten la puesta a disposición de nuestra comunidad de usuarios la información en formato abierto. Dada la complejidad de las situaciones que se podrían pensar, nos hemos centrado en la creación de un repositorio de documentos generados en el ámbito de una institución. |
